STEP ONE
STEP ONE

Prepare Your Consultation Materials

START WITH THE BASICS: Include history, personal notes, medical reports, blood work, diagnostic images, photographs, and video clips as desired. Anything that can be digitized may be included with your submission. The consulting veterinarian can request additional materials as needed/ desired during the review process.

STEP 2
STEP 2

Submit Your Consultation

THERE ARE A VARIETY OF WAYS to get your materials to us. Trim video clips as necessary to eliminate extraneous footage; this will reduce file size, facilitate upload, and streamline our review. Make sure that you relate your primary questions and concerns in a written description.

STEP 3
STEP 3

Maintain Dialogue with your Reviewer

STAY ENGAGED. Depending on your horse’s history and/or initial telemedical findings, the consulting veterinarian may ask specific questions or request accessory materials to provide further insight into the case. The more information you provide, the better the quality of the consultation you’ll receive.
