There are a plethora of ways to submit your consultation package. The ease, speed, and certainty with which your package will reach us depends on the type of materials that you’re submitting (written documents versus video clips, for instance) and the mode of submission.
When possible, please USE A SINGLE MODE OF SUBMISSION per consultation. Employing separate modes for various components of a consultation package can not only be very confusing, but can also prove to be cumbersome with respect to the appropriate filing and maintenance of corresponding medical records.
